This document regulates the privacy policy and “cookies” of the website maintained in the filciflok.pl domain. (hereinafter referred to as the Service). P.P.H.U.Remis Robert Czajkowski (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider) shall exercise all due diligence in order to respect the privacy of the Service Users.

The administrator of personal data contained on the filciflok.pl website is P.P.H.U.Remis Robert Czajkowski, Dunowo 1A, Dunowo, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity conducted by the Minister of Development under NIP 6690011420 and REGON 330360266.

The administrator processes the acquired data pursuant to art. 23 paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data. The data is collected in particular in order to perform the contract and provide services to the persons they concern.

The administrator of personal data stipulates that in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data, he may entrust the processing of personal data of Users he administers to other companies for the proper performance of activities related to administration, maintenance and management of the Website, as well as for claims and an explanation of the circumstances of unauthorized use of services provided electronically.

User Permissions

Users have the right to control the processing of data relating to them, contained in the Service Provider’s data sets. This is especially the right to access your data and correct them, as well as to request supplementing, updating, rectifying personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or their removal, if they are incomplete, out-of-date, untrue or have been collected in violation of the Act or they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.

Consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes and for sharing data with third parties may be revoked at any time.

The User has the right to terminate the use of the electronic service at any time. Users may also contact the Service Provider in order to exercise their right of access, modification and deletion of data or to oppose their processing, via the Contact Details of the Service Provider provided on the website, in particular by sending a message to the following e-mail address: kontakt@filciflok.pl.

System logs

These are internal event logs of the Website server, automatically recording page requests sent when Users visit their websites. System logs contain a page request sent by the User, an IP address, browser type, browser language, date and time of the request, and at least one “cookie” file that can uniquely identify the User’s browser.

“Cookies”

These are small files containing a string of characters that are sent and stored on the terminal device (eg computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone) used by the User when visiting the Website. This information is sent to the clipboard of the browser used, which sends it back at the next entries to the website. “Cookies” contain information necessary for the correct use of the filciflok.pl website. Data collected in the system logs is used by the Service Provider for an indefinite period only to administer the Website. They are not transferred to third parties, excluding the circumstances described in this document.

In connection with the use of the Website by Users, we can automatically collect and record technical details of the use of services in the server logs, requests sent by the User related to the provision of electronic services, IP address and technical data about the operation of the Website in connection with activities made by the User, in particular information on the beginning, ending and scope of each use of the service provided electronically. The Service Provider shall take reasonable precautions to protect Users’ personal data against unauthorized access, destruction, disclosure and unlawful use. Users, Service Provider and third parties indicated in this document are authorized to process data of Website Users.
